Present Past – Glasgow in Photographs

Picturing Glasgow

In conjunction with the University of Glasgow’s event titled ‘Picturing Glasgow: Raymond Depardon in Conversation,’ this succinct film harmoniously blends the captivating photographs of Raymond Depardon with the profound works of other luminaries in Glasgow’s rich photographic legacy.

Among these luminaries are Thomas Annan, Oscar Marzaroli, and the contemporary visionary Chris Leslie. Through a thoughtful exploration, Leslie not only delves into the historical tapestry of Glasgow’s photography but also sheds light on his own enduring photographic journey, offering a unique perspective that intertwines past and present narratives.
