With plans underway for the demolition of the iconic Town Centre, “Concrete Dreams” serves as a poignant ode to the town centres rich tapestry of memories and aspirations.
This ambitious undertaking aims to capture the grand narratives that have shaped Cumbernauld’s identity – from the influx of hopeful souls migrating from Glasgow in pursuit of new beginnings, to the intricately woven fabric of daily life, where every underpass, footbridge, and architectural detail holds a cherished memory.
